Using our imaginations through dance

In room 13 our inquiry unit is "We use our imagination in a variety of ways". We have been reading the book "Greedy Cat" and we have used our imagination to create Greedy Cat dance moves.

Ezekiel comes to school!

Welcome to our new student Ezekiel who started in room 13 last week. 

He knows Kasey and Jacques from Clevedon Kidz! 

Baby chicks come to school!

We went for a visit to the office when the baby chickens arrived for Ag day. They were so cute and fluffy. We had to be quiet so that we didn't scare them.  Harry got to take 3 of them home because he is going to do bring a chicken to Ag day.

Our class treaty!

In room 13 we:

Put rubbish in the bins.

Cross our arms and legs on the mat. We put up our hands if we want to speak.

Tidy up after ourselves and put things back where we got them from.

Look after each other and help each other.

Look after our class equipment and only use a whiteboard marker on the whiteboard table.

Help each other when we are hurt or need help with our learning.

Letter Aa

We have been learning about the Letter Aa and the sound it makes.
